Sales Manager (Executive Club, Seattle Municipal Tower, West Seattle)
Work closely with the General Manager to learn and develop skills necessary to lead a successful sales team. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will challenge you to develop your leadership skills. In fact, one of the best rewards of your new role is your ability to positively impact your team member's success. With the help of your GM, you will master the SM role, thereby demonstrating your readiness to lead your own club team.
Responsibilities:
- Continue to excel in personal sales while being a model for team members to follow.
- Demonstrate capacity for driving sales by having ownership of the weekend production.
