Daniel Juda, B.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT
Fitness Director
Philosophy
I believe that functional and specific training go hand-in-hand to create fitness, through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and developing balance and agility. I truly believe that setting fitness goals and achieving them is possible for anyone, no matter how lofty the goal. Through hard work, dedication, and patience, I believe anyone has the ability to do great things. I teach people exercises and movements that will help them be successful in their daily lives. I like to keep people dedicated to their goals and driven to achieve them by showing them the small achievements they are making along the way and by helping them see the difference that fitness and nutrition make in their lives everyday.

Philosophy
Personal training for me is about fitness for the purpose of longevity, injury prevention, and a better quality of life. No matter what your current condition or knowledge level, everyone can benefit from the professional services of a personal trainer. I firmly believe that proper fitness isn't just about the how, but also about the why and the when. Building a stronger, leaner, lighter and more attractive body comes from a detailed, informative, structured, and varied fitness routine centered on sound diet and nutrition. Through my experience running a private training company, working in a fast-paced full service gym, my degree certificate from Bellingham Technical College, and my continuing education through The National Federation of Professional Trainers, I have had a broad range of experiences from which to draw from. Whether you're recovering from an injury, wanting to lose weight, gain weight, or just want to increase overall strength and an understanding of fitness, I have the knowledge and experience to show you how to reach your goals.

Performance Enhancement Specialist
Philosophy
I believe that fitness is a Technology for the uplifting of consciousness, referenced by Marilyn Ferguson's book, "The Aquarian Conspiracy." Marilyn wrote a quote from a Russian Physicist, Ilya Prigogonine. Ilya also stated that chaos causes change, as it relates to the physical body and mindset of a body or mass that begins a cycle of confusion resulting in the greater good of a progressive condition.
I love to teach others that with proper concentration and visualization you can make great changes in your body's condition with my skillful direction and your sheer desire of purpose.
Arnold Schwarzenegger stated that when an individual begins to train -"Now a person begins to learn about themselves, now they want a college degree, then they focus on a life that they can create and before you know it there's not enough time in the day to get all of those goals accomplished.

Matt Talley
Personal Trainer
Five years ago I weighed 280lbs and could barely walk for 10 minutes without sweating profusely. I had joint imbalances that resulted in 3 dislocations of my left knee and persistent popping/pain in both shoulders. I had so little self-confidence that I hardly spoke to anyone or did anything active, and I was frequently depressed, tired, and in pain.
Today I am 80lbs lighter! I can run, climb, sprint and jump without worrying about exhaustion, pain, or injury. My joints are all stronger and healthier than they have ever been, and I finally enjoy the confidence and healthy mental outlook that come with taking control of my body and changing my life.
This is what I do for other people, and this is what I can do for you.
"If you have a body...I can change your life!"
