Pilates on the ball is a Pilates class that incorporates the stability ball as a functional tool for further strength and flexibility. Good for all fitness levels.

Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Determination. A non-stop challenge that will include a mix of cardio and strength training.
